If lab is drawn in physician's office, it must be
sent to a LMHS Lab for processing. For Lab

Radiology Specifications -
Plain xrays, sonograms, ultrasounds,
echo-cardiograms and dexascans can be done in the
physicians office or at a LMHS facility.
The
following services must be provided at LMHS:
MRI, CAT, PET and Nuclear scans. |
